What is Stories of Her-Hood? Taking place in The Living Room at Science Gallery London throughout Women’s History Month, the exhibition welcomes visitors to engage with what it means to be a woman in different ways. It celebrates the diversity of the female experience, sharing information with visitors on aspects of female health which are seldom spoken about, and seeks to encourage change for the future.

It has three core aims to Celebrate, Educate, and Reflect by addressing four themes:

Identity | Choice | Health | Reflect on Respect

Each of these aims is centred around a question, which you are invited to discover as you explore the exhibition. This approach seeks to make it interactive, such that visitors are led to reflect on what we have learnt from the past, in order to think about the future they would like to see.
