Vital Communities explored these questions and discussed the positive potential of local action to spark meaningful environmental change.

This insightful and hope-filled event featured panelists who are passionate about collective impact on the planet:

• Tori Sherwin, Director of Incredible Edible Lambeth

• Alice Edgerley, Turner-Prize winning design collective Assemble

• Cllr Rezina Chowdhury, Deputy Leader of Lambeth Council (Sustainable Lambeth and Clean Air)

• Loretta Bosence, Director of Local Works Studio

The event was chaired by Kirstie Hewlett, Senior Research Fellow at the Policy Institute, King’s College London, and included BSL interpretation by Interpreting Matters.

Together, the panel discussed their thoughts on the power of community and shared the steps we can take every day to truly make a difference.
