This is an exciting new role responsible for the development and delivery of an events programme to engage a primary target audience of 15-25 year olds, and bring to life cutting edge research within King’s College London and beyond for public audiences. Events will include a variety of formats and platforms, including exhibition launch events, workshops, performances, talks, discussion events, live experiments, hackathons, maker sessions, community oriented events and Gallery ‘Lates’. Reporting to the Head of Programming, the role will work across the team, collaborators, and closely with the King’s College London research community to involve researchers in the Science Gallery programme, with an emphasis on live science and collaborative research.

Mediators will be within the gallery to chat to visitors about all sorts of topics sparked by our strange and wonderful exhibits, give guided tours of our exhibitions, and carry out experiments and demos!
