Safe(r) Spaces
Creating a Welcoming Space at Science Gallery London
As part of King’s College London, Science Gallery London is a space for curiosity, creativity, and conversation. We’re committed to making it a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone - including students, staff, visitors, and collaborators.
Discrimination, harassment, or prejudice of any kind - including based on race, sex, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality, religion, or background - has no place here.
Please respect each other’s personal space and boundaries. Always ask before initiating physical contact or sensitive conversations.
Treat others with consideration. The way we speak and act matters - this is a shared space where everyone should feel comfortable and valued.
It’s fine to challenge ideas, but always with respect for the people behind them.
To keep this space safe and welcoming for all, we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if they are acting in a threatening, confrontational, or disrespectful way towards students, staff, visitors, or collaborators.
