Terra Poetica interactive installation by Alyssa Martens and Ieva Vaiti

Inspired by the theory of quantum entanglement, which acknowledges interconnectedness of all earthly life, Terra Poetica invites audiences to entangle with electrons and other particles in a speculative landscape. This playful multimedia installation explores ecological futures through spoken word poetry, spatialised sound, and computational networks.

Quantum Shorts

How have quantum ideas influenced science fiction? Find out with our rolling programme of sci-fi shorts, guest curated by Sci-Fi London.

Quantum Fact or Fiction?

To kick off the Quantum Shorts screening programme, join author Lauren Beukes, philosopher of Science Alexander Franklin and Director of Sci-Fi London Louis Savy to find out how close quantum sci-fi gets to the science which inspires it.

No Blank Pages found poetry workshop with Chandrika Narayanan-Mohan

Some poems are written on a blank canvas, but in this workshop with poet Chandrika Narayanan-Mohan we'll be making poems based on existing texts. Choose to expand a poem out using words from quantum quotes, or boil a poem down by choosing words and phrases from quantum news articles.
