Facilitated by trainee medical herbalist and urban foraging enthusiast, Tara Jettoo, this workshop invites you take some time out to breathe and meet the plants around us every day and find beauty in the herbs that crop up between paving stones or in the hedgerows of our local parks. It will involve a blind tea tasting, a chat about our favourite herbs, an opportunity to meet the herbs in person and a barefoot meditation in the courtyard.
