We offer free access to our venue to put on events, gatherings or workshops. Have a look below to see who can apply.
Who can apply
You can apply as an individual, group or organisation.
To submit an expression of interest, at least 80% of your group or organisation must be one of the following:
18 - 25 year-olds who live, work or study in Southwark or Lambeth
Undergraduate or postgraduate students at King’s College London
We are particularly interested in supporting people currently underrepresented in higher education, research and creative industries.
If you fall outside of these categories please contact the Science Gallery London programming team about your request.
What we’re looking for
We are a place to grow new ideas across art, science and health, and so we are interested in hearing from you if your activity:
Brings people together from different backgrounds, knowledges and experiences
Explores ideas relating to social justice, identity, climate, health and technology (your activity can be broadly related to these themes, for example a knitting workshop relates to health and wellbeing)
Provides a warm, inclusive and accessible experience

What we’ll provide
Free use of our venue including use of basic AV equipment
Listing on our website
Promotion on our social media channels
Advice and guidance on how to deliver and promote your activity
What isn’t included
Funding to pay for staff or any costs related to your activity

If you think your idea fits the criteria above, and you fall into the category of who this offer is for, please send an email to jasmine.white@kcl.ac.uk.
In your email please include:
Your name and contact details
Short description of your event, workshop or activity (maximum 150 words)
Why you would like to host your activity at Science Gallery London (we recommend that you consider how your work fits with what we are looking for)
We review expressions of interest every 6 weeks, so you should hear from us within 2 months of emailing, if not sooner.
