Our visitor information point is the Welcome Desk, located in the Shop area on the ground floor. This also serves as a meeting point for any group visits or guided tours.
The main toilet blocks are located on the lower ground floor. There are also accessible toilets on the lower ground and ground floor. Baby change facilities are located in the accessible toilet on the ground floor.
Please be aware that CCTV is in operation throughout Science Gallery London to ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors and all property and artworks within the building. We ask that no bags, pushchairs or personal items are left unattended. At certain times we will be conducting bag checks on entry and we reserve the right to conduct a bag search at any time in the interest of security.
Bags and Luggage
There are no cloakroom facilities located on site and we ask that visitors do not bring any large suitcases or bags into the building. Any bags larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm will not be permitted in Science Gallery London.
For Left Luggage facilities in the local area we advise checking Visit London's information page here.
We regret that due to space constraints in the exhibition gallery, we do not permit large bags inside the exhibition space on the first floor. We can make exception for large bags that contain necessary medical equipment or for child care but be aware that we may request to search these on entry for security reasons. Only in exceptional and essential circumstances will we permit large bags into the exhibition galleries. Please speak to a member of our visitor services team if you have any questions.
If you have an enquiry about lost property, please visit the Welcome Desk on the ground floor. Alternatively, if you are not able to speak to us in person, call +44 (0)207 848 6000 or email email@example.com
To collect any lost property items, please ensure that you have a form of ID with you when you come to collect any valuables. Unless otherwise arranged, lost property will not be held for any longer than 1 month.
Wifi is available for free throughout Science Gallery London and the wifi service is provided by The Cloud. Please be considerate when seated in the café area and using the Wifi network after you have finished eating and drinking. Be prepared to make way for those guests wishing to use the café during busy periods.
